• Utilize phone etiquette to create positive interactions with clients.
• Engage in sales activities when appropriate, promoting products or services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
• Experience with data entry and managing customer records is highly valued.
• Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous in serving a diverse clientele.
