Valley Homes is a growing home service company serving homeowners throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. We specialize in kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, flooring, interior remodeling, cleaning and complete home improvement projects.

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy speaking with people and helping homeowners schedule consultations with our remodeling specialists.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners.
• Introduce Valley Homes and our services.
• Schedule in-home or virtual consultations.
• Follow up with interested homeowners.
• Keep accurate notes in our lead system.
• Coordinate appointments with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful but not required.
