We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team on a Full-Time basis at our office in Vineland, Colorado, United States. The ideal candidate will be the voice of our company, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
* A customer-oriented approach with a high degree of professionalism and patience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
