Utilising top-tier equipment, we provide personalised, all-in-one solutions, from flyers and outdoor banners to art prints and brochures. Serving a diverse clientele of over 3000 businesses across the United States, we are expanding our services to include professional exhibition setup and event planning. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Boston. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry through to final production.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing timely and professional assistance.
* Provide clients with detailed information about our comprehensive range of products and services, including printing, exhibition setup, and event planning.
* Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and manage client requests with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
* Liaise effectively with our internal design and production teams to ensure all client specifications are understood and met.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Maintain and update customer records in our company database with precision.
* Gather and document customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or a similar client-facing role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A meticulous eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and client communications.
* Proficiency in standard office software and a willingness to learn new systems.
* A patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
* Experience within the printing, design, or events industry is highly advantageous but not essential.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Etsy would be considered a plus.
