Remote Control Solutions (RCS), a leading specialist in innovative access control products, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. With over 20 years of experience, RCS provides reliable, state-of-the-art solutions to suppliers and installers worldwide. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a Full-Time position based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, offering a competitive salary of $34 - $37 per hour.


Responsibilities


* Manage a high volume of incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.

* Provide accurate information regarding our extensive range of products, including transmitters, receivers, and accessories.

* Assist clients with order processing, product selection, and troubleshooting of technical issues.

* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment.

* Maintain and update customer records accurately within our CRM system.

* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

* Stay current with product knowledge and industry developments to provide the best possible support.

* Gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.


Qualifications


* Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

* Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

* A technical aptitude or previous experience in the electronics or access control industry is highly desirable.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
