Salary: $35 - $50 USD per hour

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing client communications and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your key duties will include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for all client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Providing clients with regular updates on project progress, timelines, and key milestones.
- Liaising effectively between clients and internal teams, including project managers and construction crews, to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Addressing and resolving any client concerns or issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed client records and project documentation within our company systems.
- Scheduling appointments and site visits for clients with relevant project staff.
- Assisting the project management team with administrative tasks to support smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or account management role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A genuine commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Experience within the construction or property development industry is highly desirable but not essential.
