A Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant is a hybrid role that combines front-line customer interaction with internal office support. This position is common in small to mid-sized companies where efficiency and multitasking are important.
Overview:
This role ensures smooth daily operations by assisting customers, handling administrative tasks, and supporting different departments. The employee acts as a key point of contact both externally (customers/clients) and internally (staff and management).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Process orders, returns, or service requests
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Administrative Duties:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with billing, invoicing, or basic accounting tasks
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics
Additional Tasks:
- Support HR or management with basic administrative needs
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure office operations run efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pay: QAR58,000.00 - QAR76,000.00 per year
