Join Our Customer Service Team!

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and creating a positive shopping experience. In this role, you will support customers in-store and assist with inquiries, transactions, and service concerns.

What You’ll Do?

Customer Assistance

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer questions about products, prices, promotions, and store services
  • Help customers locate items within the supermarket

Billing & Transaction Support

  • Assist with payment and billing concerns
  • Coordinate with cashiers to resolve transaction issues
  • Handle refunds, exchanges, and loyalty card inquiries

Complaint Handling & Support

  • Respond to customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
  • Help maintain high customer satisfaction standards
  • Store Coordination & Administration

Coordinate with store departments regarding stock availability

  • Support online order and delivery-related inquiries
  • Record customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions
  • Prepare basic customer service reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or college graduate

Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred

Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Friendly personality with strong problem-solving skills

Pay: From QAR3,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
