Customer Service Representative (Appliance Repair Services)

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our appliance repair team. This role is essential in delivering excellent service by managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with questions and scheduleing appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner via telelphone, email, text, chat, etc
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette at all times
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments efficiently
  • Assist customers with questions regarding appliance issues, service timelines, and pricing
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support and guide customers through simple problem-solving steps

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude

Preferred Skill

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in appliance repair or home services industry (a plus, but not required)

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday 8am - 5 pm
  • Part Time may be considered

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
