Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction across both languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Arabic and English
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality
- Meet performance targets including response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally
- Basic computer and typing skills
- High school diploma or graduate (preferred)
