Responsibilities + Requirements:

• Answering customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and online chat
• Reviewing file setup for all incoming orders
• Providing price quotes and technical assistance to current and potential customers
• Customer account management
• Basic graphic design setup and assistance
• Strong and persistent attention to detail to ensure excellent communication and quality of prints

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal– including grammar + spelling
• Ability to deal confidently with technology– you will need to use multiple web-based tools competently
• Dependability, dedication, and a professional attitude
• Ability to confidently and efficiently work both independently and with a small team
• Proficiency in digital art or graphic design a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
