Customer Service Representative Bilingual

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and the second language
  • Assist customers with product information, service issues, billing questions, and account management
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote additional services and solutions
  • Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and maintain detailed records of interactions
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (multilingual proficiency required)
  • Prior experience in call center or customer support roles preferred
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for client engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
  • Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately with good typing speed
  • Knowledge of call center operations, outbound calling techniques, and customer service best practices
  • Attention to detail, analysis skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience with cash handling, analysis of customer data, and maintaining confidentiality

Pay: $16.90 - $20.50 per hour
