ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

• You are accountable for processing loans and financial transactions in accordance with company policies and state/federal regulations
• Promote our company brand professionally and ensure store appearance (internal and external) is well maintained
• Cross Sell products and execute marketing campaigns to build revenue
• Customer courtesy and collection calls
• Consistently provide a high level of customer service in a prompt and timely manner
• Adhere to company security policy and procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Computer Skills: Computer literacy and strong typing skills
• Basic Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
• Previous banking, retail or sales experience (minimum of six months cash handling experience)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, 40 hour work week plus OT
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including written and verbal
• Bi-lingual Spanish

High school or equivalent
