Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Bronx, NY
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 8 Weeks | Day Shift | 20 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour
Shift Timings: Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Customer Service Representative for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer service issues
  • Ensure patient/client medications, supplies, and equipment are accurately recorded
  • Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Provide supportive and professional communication to patients and families
  • Assist visitors and internal staff with inquiries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Support distribution coordination and tracking
  • Follow established procedures and organizational policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient-focused support
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members for workflow efficiency
  • Maintain professional demeanor in a healthcare environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
