Design N Rank Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our Ottawa, Canada office. As a leading provider of custom web design, social media management, and online branding solutions, we pride ourselves on creating unique digital experiences that enhance our clients' online presence and drive customer engagement. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering the exceptional service that turns casual visitors into lifelong partners.

Responsibilities
 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and organised records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to the relevant internal teams while maintaining ownership of the client communication.
  • Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience from start to finish.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the team to help improve our services and processes.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment focused on achieving collective goals.

 

Qualifications
 

  • Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanour.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience in the web design, digital marketing, or technology industry is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
