We are looking for a professional and experienced female Call Center Agent to join our high-end medical center located in Majan – Al Barari, Dubai.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical or aesthetics field.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or communication tools.

• Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented personality.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

• Provide support and follow-up with clients.

• Coordinate with reception and sales teams.

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
