Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Job Overview
We are currently hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives with experience in wholesale food distribution with high volume call center environment to join our team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hr DOE
Location: Flower Mound, TX 75028
This is a in-office postion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist vendor or customers by providing accurate product and service information
  • Enter and process high-volume resturant or customer orders (up to 200 line items per order)
  • Handle order issues, questions, and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support daily operations, including invoicing and end-of-day processing
  • Coordinate with vendors for product requests and samples
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as reviewing emails, faxes, and special orders

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in wholesale food distribution
  • Must have strong data entry skills with experience handling high-volume orders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must pass background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of customer service, call center and related area within foodservice industry.
