- Handle incoming calls, chats, or social media inquiries from customers.
- Assist customers with product/service information, order status, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and offering suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system (CRM).
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Process orders, refunds, and returns when required.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
- Meet daily/weekly KPIs such as call handling time, customer satisfaction score, and resolution rate.
- Stay updated with company policies, promotions, and product information.
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support.
