  • Handle incoming calls, chats, or social media inquiries from customers.
  • Assist customers with product/service information, order status, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and offering suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system (CRM).
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Process orders, refunds, and returns when required.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs such as call handling time, customer satisfaction score, and resolution rate.
  • Stay updated with company policies, promotions, and product information.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • CSR: 1 year (Preferred)
