DikhaDe is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. If you’re passionate about helping others and providing exceptional service, we’d love to have you onboard!

What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Provide product or service information, assisting customers with their needs.

Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
