Customer Service Representative-CSR

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Professional to join our international sales team. The role involves contacting UK-based businesses, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to UK-based business clients
• Identify and convert potential sales leads
• Communicate with clients via phone and email
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Update CRM records and follow up with prospects
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Marketing, Business, Commerce, IT, or related fields)
• At least 1 year of international sales or call center experience
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Confident, professional, and target-oriented
• Ability to deal with international B2B clients
• IT hardware sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekend Fixed Off)
• Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
