Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Hostnext Technologies is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our expanding support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions professionally, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.

Provide accurate information about company products and services.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong English language skills — must be able to communicate clearly with clients over phone and chat.

Good communication skills overall, as the role involves regular interaction with customers.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call-handling processes (CRM knowledge is a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Graduate or higher education
