Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Packaging Industry
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries efficiently through calls and emails, ensuring excellent communication and problem resolution. Candidates with prior experience in the packaging industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, orders, and delivery timelines
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively while maintaining company standards
- Coordinate with production and sales teams regarding order status and requirements
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal – Mandatory)
- Strong call-handling and email correspondence skills
- Prior experience in customer service (Packaging industry experience preferred)
- Knowledge of packaging products, materials, and production process will be an advantage
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Packaging Company
- Understanding of custom packaging workflow and order processing
