Night Shift

SCR is hiring motivated and confident Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. The selected candidate will handle customer calls and messages, resolve queries, and provide professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Provide information about company products and services
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Clear and confident voice
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Minimum Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
