Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Task Marketing Solutions is hiring energetic and motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our night shift operations.

As a CSR, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Engaging with international clients in a professional manner
• Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

Who Can Apply:

• Previous International Call Center experience is highly preferred.
• Both Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Students: University students are highly encouraged to apply!
• Language Skills: Good Basic English communication is a must. You should be able to converse clearly and professionally.
• Traits: High energy, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Job Details:

• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13A, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
