Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain customer records and update data regularly
  • Follow up with leads and potential students
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, social media handling)
  • Ability to work in a professional and target-oriented environment

Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary:
PKR 30,000 + incentives (depending on experience)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
