Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain customer records and update data regularly
- Follow up with leads and potential students
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, social media handling)
- Ability to work in a professional and target-oriented environment
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary:
PKR 30,000 + incentives (depending on experience)
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
