Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Dispatch Experience Required

Key Responsibilities Customer Service

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
  • Provide professional, solution-oriented support to customers
  • De-escalate concerns and ensure full resolution
  • Build rapport and deliver a best-in-class customer experience

Dispatching & Scheduling

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and skillset
  • Monitor and adjust the schedule throughout the day to maximize efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding arrival times and updates
  • Proactively fill open time slots and minimize downtime

Performance & Administrative

  • Meet or exceed booking, call handling, and conversion metrics
  • Accurately document all interactions in CRM (ServiceTitan preferred)
  • Follow company processes, scripts, and service standards

Qualifications Required

  • 2+ years of customer service experience with dispatching responsibilities
  • Experience handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills

Preferred

  • ServiceTitan experience
  • Experience in home services (plumbing)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-Suite)
  • Strong data entry accuracy

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday (in-office role)
  • Availability for on-call rotation required
