Key Responsibilities Customer Service
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
- Provide professional, solution-oriented support to customers
- De-escalate concerns and ensure full resolution
- Build rapport and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Dispatching & Scheduling
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and skillset
- Monitor and adjust the schedule throughout the day to maximize efficiency
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding arrival times and updates
- Proactively fill open time slots and minimize downtime
Performance & Administrative
- Meet or exceed booking, call handling, and conversion metrics
- Accurately document all interactions in CRM (ServiceTitan preferred)
- Follow company processes, scripts, and service standards
Qualifications Required
- 2+ years of customer service experience with dispatching responsibilities
- Experience handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Preferred
- ServiceTitan experience
- Experience in home services (plumbing)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- Strong data entry accuracy
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday (in-office role)
- Availability for on-call rotation required
