Customer Service Representative (CSR) – E-commerce

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our E-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, assisting customers with product information, and supporting sales by guiding customers through our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and handle inbound calls to assist customers.
  • Provide detailed information about products and ongoing offers.
  • Guide customers in placing orders through our Shopify store.
  • Build good customer relationships and help increase sales.
  • Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain basic records of customer interactions and orders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / B.A qualification.
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently.

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
