Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CSR Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in customer dealing, sales support, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails in a professional manner
- Assist customers by providing accurate product/service information
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Support sales activities by communicating offers and converting leads
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in spreadsheets
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer service operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Confidence in dealing with customers professionally
- Ability to manage and maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets
