Customer Service Representative (CSR) Intern

Laundry Xpress is looking for Customer Service Representative (CSR) Intern to join ourteam.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, calls, and other channels
• Monitor feedback platforms to identify trends and insights
• Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and key findings
• Work with different teams to improve services based on feedback
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions
• Help improve feedback systems and survey processes

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of customer support and customer handling.
• Fresh graduates and university students are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to handle calls, messages, and customer queries professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
• Candidates residing near Gulistan-e-Johar will be preferred.

Pay: Rs12,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
