Customer Service Representative (CSR) - LilCubs.pk

LilCubs.pk is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, tracking orders, and resolving any issues via WhatsApp. If you're someone who enjoys helping customers and has strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and provide timely solutions.
• Handle order tracking and follow-up on client orders.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally via WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through efficient communication.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Matriculation (Matric)
• No experience required (Fresh candidates are welcome)
• Communication skills in Urdu (English is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work in Lahore, DHA Phase 1.
