Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre is a leading certified diagnostic facility, offering a full range of laboratory, radiology, and cardiac services. We are known for our quality, accuracy, and exceptional patient care.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated CSR to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical or healthcare setup, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and billing processes.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with laboratory and radiology departments for test status and reports.
- Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records in the lab management system.
- Promote health packages and lab services when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of CSR or front desk experience (preferably in a diagnostic lab or hospital).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Urdu & English).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and lab software).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Education:
- Minimum: Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Medical or Business-related field)
