Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Orchid Cleaners | Lake Mary

Orchid Cleaners is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Customer Service Representative to join our Lake Mary team.

This is not a typical retail counter position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in service, values excellence, and understands that attention to detail matters.

Responsibilities Include:

• Warmly greet and assist customers with professionalism and hospitality
• Check in and process garments accurately using our SMRT POS system
• Inspect, detail, and verify garments during intake according to company standards
• Organize and rack completed orders for efficient pickup
• Handle customer transactions and payment processing accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the day
• Help create a seamless, frictionless customer experience at every touchpoint
