Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Outbound/Inbound

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding products, services, or support needs.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, or conduct satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality metrics.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles (inbound/outbound).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
