Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding products, services, or support needs.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, or conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality metrics.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles (inbound/outbound).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required).
