Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Plumbing Company (Part-Time)
Location: In-person, Cartersville, Ga
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Required On-Call Rotation: Every other weekend (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM)
About the Role
We are a growing plumbing company serving the Greater Atlanta area and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
This position plays a key role in supporting our customers, scheduling service calls, and ensuring a smooth experience from the initial phone call to job completion.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional, friendly service
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers for scheduling, follow-ups, and customer support
- Gather information to understand customer needs and determine urgency
- Schedule service appointments and assign the appropriate job type
- Clearly communicate appointment windows and service expectations
- Handle emergency and after-hours calls during on-call shifts
- Accurately document customer information and job details
- Communicate important updates regarding appointments, access, or scheduling changes
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone presence
- Detail-oriented with strong note-taking ability
- Reliable and punctual

Additional Requirements

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 36.0 per week

- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
