Location: In-person, Cartersville, Ga
Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Required On-Call Rotation: Every other weekend (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM)

About the Role

We are a growing plumbing company serving the Greater Atlanta area and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

This position plays a key role in supporting our customers, scheduling service calls, and ensuring a smooth experience from the initial phone call to job completion.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional, friendly service
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers for scheduling, follow-ups, and customer support
• Gather information to understand customer needs and determine urgency
• Schedule service appointments and assign the appropriate job type
• Clearly communicate appointment windows and service expectations
• Handle emergency and after-hours calls during on-call shifts
• Accurately document customer information and job details
• Communicate important updates regarding appointments, access, or scheduling changes
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional phone presence
• Detail-oriented with strong note-taking ability
• Reliable and punctual

Additional Requirements

• Must be available for on-call rotation every other weekend

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 36.0 per week

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
