What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly customer support

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice-to-Have:

• Customer service or call center experience
• Experience in HVAC, home services, or retail sales
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
