HandyDevs IT Services is a fast-growing software development startup dedicated to delivering modern, high-quality digital solutions, including web applications, mobile apps, and automation systems. We’re now expanding our communication and client support team and are looking for a female Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can handle client interactions with confidence, professionalism, and care.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through email, calls, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (developers, designers, project managers).
- Handle client follow-ups, documentation, and feedback efficiently.
- Maintain organized client data and ensure timely project updates.
- Support business development activities by responding to inquiries and preparing basic reports.
- Help maintain a positive company image through exceptional communication.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
- Familiarity with basic computer tools (Google Workspace, Trello, CRM, or similar).
- Prior experience in customer service or software house will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a startup environment.
