Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients and address inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and additional service requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
