Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients and address inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and additional service requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
