Customer Service Representative/ Delivery Driver Gibson Pharmacy Seven Points

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated CSR/Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm and alternating Saturdays 9:00am to 2:00pm. No nights or Sundays!! Schedules are fixed so it's easy to know when you are scheduled to work!! In this role you will be responsible for:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
• Operating Cash Register
• Prescription Intake
• Answering Telephone
• Ensure the appearance of the store is pleasing to the customer including all housekeeping tasks.
• Must be able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Safely operate delivery vehicles, to transport prescription's to designated locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the delivery vehicle is in optimal working condition.
• Navigate efficiently through various routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• A good Driving record.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns is beneficial.
