Job Description (JD):

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries via calls, messages, or in person
• Providing accurate information about company products/services
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining customer records and updating databases
• Following company policies and service standards
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
