Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

POSITION: Dispatcher

Infinite Mechanical is investing in our infrastructure and are seeking a full-time Dispatcher to provide exemplary customer service to our client base. Support the growth of the company through

RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES

• Maintain proactive, efficient, and effective communications with employees, management, contractors, and customers
• Provide exemplary customer service internally (employees) and externally (customer, vendor, contractors)
• Provide oversight, administrative, and technical direction with Service Agreements including (but not limited to) creating, approval process with leadership, scheduling appointments, maintenance, expiration/renewal, and updates when needed
• Manage the Job Tracker daily for the Residential Division including review of outstanding jobs and questions with leadership of Residential Division and updating when necessary
• Maintain customer information and update where needed such as expired/expiring credit cards by developing a process for monthly audit of critical information, SMS opt-in marketing and reporting, abandoned calls/contacts and developing leads with the support of leadership and Sales Manager
• Support the development and implementation of the Safety Program with co-workers and leadership
• Provide support when needed with reporting, marketing, customer service, etc.
• Communicate with supervisor on work performed daily / weekly
• Attend weekly staff meetings
• Expand knowledge through training, when needed, supporting company and individual growth

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years experience in a customer service role required
• 1+ years’ experience in managing service delivery for trades labor pertaining to HVAC/R
• Must exhibit exemplary written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Must be able to work in office
• Must be willing to complete training when needed

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES and SCHEDULE

• Service Titan experience a plus
• Dispatching technician / fleet experience
• Exemplary organization skills
• Customer service experience
• Flexibility and nimbleness daily
• Ability to work within a team environment and independently
• High energy and goal oriented
• Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with minimal infractions and ability to pass a MVR check

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
