We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and friendly Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher / Admin to help support our daily operations. This person will play a key role in answering phones, scheduling calls, supporting dispatch, and keeping the office running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate the daily calendar
• Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, urgency, and job type
• Follow up with customers on estimates, unsold jobs, and pending work
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to support scheduling updates
• Enter and update customer/job information in our system
• Process paperwork and assist with general office administration
• Help maintain a smooth customer experience from first call to completed job
• Support review requests, customer communication, and basic service follow-up

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable using computers and learning software systems
• Previous CSR, dispatch, office admin, or home service experience is a plus
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other service industries is a plus but not required
