Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (CSR/Dispatcher)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and text
  • Keep customers informed on arrival times, scheduling updates, and parts status
  • Follow up after service calls to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Scheduling & Dispatching

  • Schedule and assign service calls based on technician skillset, location, and urgency
  • Monitor daily schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed
  • Prioritize calls based on customer needs and system urgency

Technician Coordination

  • Dispatch technicians with clear, detailed job information
  • Debrief and close out calls, ensuring all notes, forms, and payments are properly completed
  • Verify all required job details are entered accurately in ServiceTitan

Qualifications

  • ServiceTitan experience (Required)
  • Dispatching experience (1+ year required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
  • High level of organization and time management
  • Basic HVAC knowledge (preferred)
