Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and text
- Keep customers informed on arrival times, scheduling updates, and parts status
- Follow up after service calls to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Scheduling & Dispatching
- Schedule and assign service calls based on technician skillset, location, and urgency
- Monitor daily schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed
- Prioritize calls based on customer needs and system urgency
Technician Coordination
- Dispatch technicians with clear, detailed job information
- Debrief and close out calls, ensuring all notes, forms, and payments are properly completed
- Verify all required job details are entered accurately in ServiceTitan
Qualifications
- ServiceTitan experience (Required)
- Dispatching experience (1+ year required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
- High level of organization and time management
- Basic HVAC knowledge (preferred)
