As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (CSR/DSR) to join our team.

Job Overview

The CSR/DSR plays a critical role in daily operations by managing incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating technicians in the field. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, friendly and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via dial pad phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details, updates, and schedule changes
• Maintain accurate customer records and job notes within our Service Titan CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and assist with scheduling future services
• Handle billing inquiries and basic administrative tasks as needed
• Support team operations and contribute to a positive work environment
• Dispatch drivers efficiently by utilizing Service Titan Dispatch Pro

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and/or dispatching (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus)
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette for engaging with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
