Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher – Plumbing Office

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Follow company call scripts and procedures
• Schedule and reschedule service appointments
• Maintain schedules within our CRM system (FieldPulse)
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day
• Enter accurate customer notes and job information
• Assist with dispatching and daily office operations
• Help keep the schedule full and organized

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• Home service industry experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $35,000 – $42,000 depending on experience
• Additional $5 bonus per completed booked call
