Pirates Plumbing is hiring a dependable CSR / Dispatcher to answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and support dispatch operations. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position focused on customer communication, organization, and booking efficiency.

Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Follow company call scripts and procedures

Schedule and reschedule service appointments

Maintain schedules within our CRM system (FieldPulse)

Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day

Enter accurate customer notes and job information

Assist with dispatching and daily office operations

Help keep the schedule full and organized

Strong call-to-booking conversion

Professional communication with customers and team

Reliable attendance and follow-through

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
