Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented Customer Support Representative (female preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, email outreach, and consistent follow-ups. She will also support the sales team by scheduling meetings with corporate clients and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a professional attitude toward client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-up communication.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients to create a steady pipeline of business opportunities.
- Maintain organized and updated records of prospects within CRM/lead management tools.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead-generation KPIs and performance targets.
- Conduct market research to identify relevant industries, potential buyers, and key decision-makers.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships with prospects.
- Gather feedback and relay insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in strengthening customer experience through timely communication and support.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
