Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague for our customer service department. You enjoy working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment where no day is the same. You are a real team player, which is important because you are going to work together with other colleagues. We are a young, hard-working and close-knit team, which loves fun and where everyone is ready for each other. In this position you are responsible for handling all questions from the customer via telephone, e-mail and social media. For this you are often in contact with your colleagues from other departments to answer questions from the customer as well as possible. Our customer service is open from 8 a.m. to 17 p.m. NL timings. From Monday till Friday.

In short, you are going to do the following:

• Handling customer questions via telephone, e-mail and social media.
• Administrative processing of customer questions.
• Connect with different colleagues to solve customer questions.
• Keep customer administration system up to date.
• Identify and solve problems / questions with colleagues and with customers immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level Experience in a customer-oriented environment
• Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing.
• Due to the dynamic environment you must be able to switch quickly; so you are flexible.
• You are customer-oriented and you can listen well.
• You recognize yourself in these: Customer focus Flexibility | Oral & written communication Listening | Quality orientation.
• Perfect Dutch speaking and writing is required for this job.
