Customer Service Representative - E Commerce

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and updates
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and refund requests according to company policy
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve delivery or product issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service (e-commerce experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
