We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and updates
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refund requests according to company policy
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve delivery or product issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets (KPIs)
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service (e-commerce experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
