Customer Service Representative - Emirati

Responsibilities

Customer Service duties and responsibilities generally include:

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
  • Responding promptly to customer questions, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Guiding customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes on the website or mobile app.
  • Assisting clients with processing payments.
  • Booking courier services for customer deliveries and returns, and following up on the status of shipments.
  • Providing Arabic translation support to ensure clear communication for Arabic-speaking customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further support.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
