Responsibilities
Customer Service duties and responsibilities generally include:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
- Responding promptly to customer questions, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Guiding customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes on the website or mobile app.
- Assisting clients with processing payments.
- Booking courier services for customer deliveries and returns, and following up on the status of shipments.
- Providing Arabic translation support to ensure clear communication for Arabic-speaking customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further support.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
