Location: Office-based – Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-time (In-person)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, rotational day and night shifts (9 hours per shift, including 1-hour break)
Contract: Minimum 1-year commitment required

As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Communicate with customers via live chat to provide quotes and book rides
• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Manage bookings across all channels (calls, chats, and emails), including payment processing
• Dispatch rides promptly to available drivers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a call center environment
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong customer-oriented attitude and professional behavior
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (day/night)
• Minimum 2-year contract commitment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000 (based on experience and skills.
