Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative specializing in the English account, based in Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, provide excellent customer support, ensure satisfaction, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role includes maintaining customer accounts, following up on client needs, and delivering solutions to meet or exceed expectations.

• Experience in working as a Customer Service Representative and managing customer accounts efficiently.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
